1. Terms Acceptance
By accessing `https://dlclabshq.com` or engaging DLC Labs HQ for software development services, you agree to comply with these Terms of Service.
2. Intellectual Property Rights
All proprietary algorithms, design tokens, SaaS codebases, and brand marks remain the exclusive property of Domain Logic Continuum Labs Inc. unless explicitly transferred under a custom engineering Statement of Work (SOW).
3. Service Level Commitments (SLA)
Our standard SLA targets 99.99% availability for enterprise cloud deployments. Scheduled maintenance windows are communicated at least 48 hours in advance.
